  36. Call 1-800-843-8934 and ask for Brian Thomas. The last time I talked to him.
  37. He will help you if you want to be a Newtek developer and will also tell
  38. you what you need to do to become an official Newtek Beta tester.

  40. He told me (this was a couple months ago) that they weren't accepting any new
  41. at that point, but you can send in the application for it if you want.
